FOLICEA ANNUAL SUMMIT 2026

All participants travelling to Nairobi are required to complete the official FOLICEA Summit registration and provide accurate information.

• Complete the official FOLICEA Summit registration.
• Provide accurate personal and contact information.
• Indicate your country of residence and country representation.
• Provide your expected arrival and departure dates.
• Indicate accommodation requirements where applicable.
• Keep your registration confirmation for reference.
• Follow official communications from the Central Summit Committee.

Important: Summit registration does not automatically include airfare, accommodation, meals, local transportation, visa costs, or other personal expenses unless specifically communicated by FOLICEA.

Participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements unless otherwise communicated by FOLICEA.

• Book flights or other transportation well in advance.
• Confirm your arrival date and time before travelling.
• Ensure that your travel documents are valid.
• Check Kenya's current entry requirements before departure.
• Keep copies of important travel documents.
• Share your travel itinerary with the designated FOLICEA Summit team when requested.

Participants travelling from Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania and other East African countries are encouraged to coordinate with their respective FOLICEA country leadership where applicable.

Every international participant is responsible for ensuring that they meet Kenya's immigration and entry requirements.

Before travelling, participants should verify:

• Passport validity.
• Kenya entry and immigration requirements applicable to their nationality.
• Electronic Travel Authorization or other applicable entry authorization.
• Required supporting documents.
• Return or onward travel requirements where applicable.
• Any health or vaccination requirements currently in force.

FOLICEA will provide general guidance but cannot guarantee entry into Kenya or obtain immigration approval on behalf of individual participants.

Participants should verify the latest requirements through official Kenyan government channels before travelling.

FOLICEA will communicate official transportation arrangements for participants when such arrangements are available.

• Confirm your transportation arrangements before arrival.
• Follow instructions from the Summit Logistics Team.
• Use authorized transportation where transportation is organized by FOLICEA.
• Inform the responsible coordinator before changing an organized transportation arrangement.
• Keep emergency contact information readily available.

Participants arranging their own transportation should use reputable and authorized transportation services.

Participants are encouraged to stay at the official Summit accommodation venue or hotels recommended by the Summit Committee, where applicable.

• Confirm your accommodation before travelling.
• Check hotel check-in and check-out times.
• Carry your booking confirmation.
• Respect hotel rules and policies.
• Keep personal belongings secure.
• Report accommodation-related concerns to the Summit Welfare Team.

Unless otherwise stated, participants are responsible for their accommodation costs.
