All participants travelling to Nairobi are required to complete the official FOLICEA Summit registration and provide accurate information.

• Complete the official FOLICEA Summit registration.
• Provide accurate personal and contact information.
• Indicate your country of residence and country representation.
• Provide your expected arrival and departure dates.
• Indicate accommodation requirements where applicable.
• Keep your registration confirmation for reference.
• Follow official communications from the Central Summit Committee.

Important: Summit registration does not automatically include airfare, accommodation, meals, local transportation, visa costs, or other personal expenses unless specifically communicated by FOLICEA.
